Data Deletion
You can ask us to delete the personal data Jimmaa holds about you at any time. There is no charge, and you do not need a Jimmaa account to make a request.
What gets deleted
- Your messages and comments stored in Jimmaa.
- Your contact profile — username, display name, profile picture and any notes.
- Your conversation history and any AI drafts associated with it.
How to request it
Email sg28r8@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, and include the Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp handle you messaged from so we can find your records. We’ll confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Instagram & Facebook users
You can also revoke Jimmaa’s access at any time from your account settings — on Instagram or Facebook, go to Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations) and remove the connected business. Revoking access stops any further data collection; email us using the step above to also erase data we have already stored.
